The kitchen Chef Kasper Beyer welcomes you to classical dishes with a modern touch – based on local and ecological raw materials. Kasper was having a long career in Denmark as well as in foreign countries before he decided going back to his birth island to start Restaurant GSH. And the results are amazing. 2016 the Hotel GSH was nominated as the eating and staying place of the year, and the food magazine “Gastro” wrote: ”The aesthetic and the tasting aspect competes for the top points. Green Solution House really has entered the Hall of Fame on Bornholm for fantastic eating places.”
